Partner of the Legal Firm Pérez-Marsá & Bohorquez set up in the year 1996 by Mr Joaquin Pérez-Marsá Hernandez. Law Degree obtained in April 1990 by the Balearic Law University. Member of the Lawyers association since April 1990.

In 1990/1991 Mr Pérez-Marsá was working for the company Markheath Securities Plc based in New Southgate, London, in particular with the Legal Department.  Since then Mr Pérez-Marsá has specialised in Foreigners Investments, Property Purchases & Sales Legal Advice, Conveyancing, Companies Law, setting up Spanish Companies, Community of Owners Law, Wills and any further legal matter relating to property acquisition by residents and non-residents in Spain.
