If you wish to buy a property for either personal or investment purposes, we can offer you further information on any of our listed properties or we can offer our Property Search Service, free of charge, which saves time and the anxiety of dealing with many different agents.
At the beginning of the process, we profile your requirements including price, location, type of property and lifestyle choice. We also ask you to consider some aspects which you may not have taken into account. When we have been provided with a list of properties which match your requirements, we visit each property on your behalf and prepare a report. This information is then sent to you, and we subsequently discuss the merits of each property in detail. You may then view any properties of interest when convenient. Your representative from Keyhole Mallorca will be at your disposal to assist you throughout the entire buying process and afterwards to help with any queries you may have to help you settle in.
