Valldemossa, Fornalutx, Estellencs and Banyalbufar are benefiting from an increase in buyers who seek the quiet and tranquil surroundings of the beautiful countryside, whilst still having access to the fantastic beaches nearby. Although some of the beaches are a little difficult to reach, it only seems to add to the charm and exclusive feel, once there.
